The said product is an evolution wireless SK bodypack transmitter which is designed to work with the Sennheiser ME 4 Cardioid lavalier (lapel) microphone. 

It is comprised of the cable, clip, and grille. This product is known for its cardioid pickup patterns for superb off-axis sound suppression along with locking the 3.5 mm connector.
